With Flat-Fee Recruiting, a fixed recruiting fee is agreed upon before the search begins rather than charging a percentage of the candidate’s salary.
For eligible searches, 30% of the agreed flat fee is due upon engagement, with the remaining 70% due when your selected candidate accepts employment.
